"Emily is rude trying to hurry up and rush me off the phone. She doesn’t know how to transfer. Never texted me the information to reach out like she claim she would. So unprofessional. I absolutely dislike state farm. Edit: She said I’m not listed in their agency, then why are yall wishing me a happy birthday. (I attached a photo) Michelle called me to remove the review. How did you get my number if I’m not a member. Why are you calling everyone in my household regarding a personal issue with me. This whole office lies."
